Instructions for Adhesive Application and Daily Usage

Before applying the Aluminium Sticker for Product, it is necessary to thoroughly clean any oil stains, dust, or water marks on the surface of the device at the application location. Wait until the surface is completely dry before removing the release paper and applying the sticker. This will maximize the adhesive bonding strength.

After the nameplate is applied, press the entire nameplate for at least 30 seconds. Place it in a room temperature environment for 24 hours to achieve the maximum adhesive bonding strength. Avoid forcefully scraping the edge of the nameplate during the initial application.

This aluminium sticker is suitable for the normal operating temperature of regular cookers. It is not suitable for long-term exposure to open flames. Direct exposure to open flames will cause the adhesive to fail and the paint surface to deteriorate.

To clean the stains on the nameplate surface, use a neutral cleaner. Strong corrosive rust removers and strong alkaline cleaners will gradually erode the surface coating, shortening the lifespan of the nameplate.

When storing, place it in a cool and dry environment. Do not stack and expose it to direct sunlight for a long time to prevent the adhesive from prematurely aging and failing.

If you need to remove the nameplate, use a heat gun to heat the adhesive area slowly and then gently peel it off. Forcefully tearing it off can easily cause the aluminium sticker to deform and leave adhesive residue on the device casing.

After receiving a large quantity of goods, please complete the inspection within one week. If there are casting defects, missing paint, or misaligned adhesive issues, retain the actual photos as evidence and promptly contact the customer service for handling.
