Usage and Storage Instructions

The substrate surface for the pasting operation must be wiped clean to remove oil stains, dust, water stains, and release agents. The substrate should be kept dry during pasting to achieve the best adhesive effect of the backing adhesive.

The recommended ambient temperature for transfer construction is 10°C to 35°C. Do not force pasting in low-temperature environments as it may result in insufficient bonding strength and subsequent detachment.

Meatl Nickel Sticker should be stored at room temperature and in a dark place when not in use. It should be kept away from strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents to prevent corrosion and discoloration of the electroplated layer. The original factory sealed packaging can remain unchanged for 18 months.

After pasting, press the entire label for 30 seconds or more, and let it stand for 24 hours. The adhesive can reach the rated maximum adhesion strength. Try to avoid bumping or scratching the label surface during the factory packaging before leaving the equipment.

Do not use steel wool or hard brushes to vigorously wipe the mirror logo area. For daily cleaning, use a soft cloth and a neutral cleaner to maintain the metal luster for a long time.

For workpieces that have undergone high-temperature baking, wait until the shell has completely cooled to room temperature before pasting the nickel label. The high-temperature residual heat will damage the molecular structure of the backing adhesive, resulting in permanent adhesion failure.

When cutting and shaping the label shape, do not tear the edges of Meatl Nickel Sticker by hand. Use a utility knife and a pad to cut, to prevent the electroplated layer from cracking and peeling off.

Q: Will the matte nickel label oxidize and turn black in a humid electrical control cabinet?

A: The coating has undergone sealing and passivation treatment. Under normal humid cabinet conditions, it can be used stably for more than 6 years without oxidation or color change.

Q: Is the sample proofing cost refundable after placing a large order?

A: After officially placing a mass production order, the sample testing cost can be deducted from the payment according to the agreement between both parties.
