Using the 3M tape grid method, repeatedly tear 100 times. The black coating shows no peeling or falling off, and the coating is tightly bonded to the nickel substrate.

Neutral salt spray aging test

Under a continuous 96-hour salt spray environment test, there is no oxidation rusting, whitening, or peeling problem on the nickel substrate and the black surface layer. It is suitable for ocean shipping and humid storage environments.

High and low temperature alternating test

After experiencing 50 cold and hot cycles within the range of -40℃ to 130℃, the adhesion remains stable, capable of coping with temperature changes in vehicle-mounted equipment and heat-generating electronic products.

Surface wear resistance wiping test

Using a dust-free cloth dipped in alcohol to wipe the matte surface back and forth for more than 1200 times. The surface does not lose color, does not develop bright marks, or suffer from scratches or damage.

Base material bonding durability test

Attached to mainstream shell materials such as PC, ABS, and metal lacquered materials at room temperature for 30 days. The peel force value remains stable and does not cause the edges to curl or separate.
