1. Lithography mold making and ultra-thin electroforming process

Using high-precision photomask lithography molds to replicate fine LOGO lines, with the minimum line width reaching 0.1mm. The hollow cross and ring structures have no broken wires, burrs, or adhesion defects; the electroforming process precisely controls the thickness of the nickel layer, shaping uniform and gentle 3D micro-heights, while balancing the three-dimensionality of the logo and the flatness of the application.

2. Vacuum colored electroplating and multi-layer sealing treatment

Perform vacuum ion colored electroplating treatment on the surface layer of pure nickel substrate to form a bright and transparent mirror blue coating, with a tight adhesion of the coating; subsequently, a multi-layer organic sealing film is used to seal the coating pores, preventing air and moisture erosion, effectively avoiding color coating fading, whitening, and oxidation problems.

3. Uniformly coated micro-adhesive glue process by area

For the hollow fine-line structure, a point coating method by area is adopted to avoid the overflow of the glue covering the hollow gaps and affecting the appearance. A low-residue modified pressure-sensitive adhesive is selected, which is compatible with most shell materials, and the adhesion is firm and there will be no residue of glue left after removal, preventing contamination of the product's paint surface.

4. Composite coating and dust-free die-cutting process

3D Nickel Label is combined with blue positioning transfer paper to facilitate alignment and construction on the assembly line; the entire process is completed in a dust-free workshop, eliminating dust adhering to the glue surface and the surface of the colored coating, and the individual sheets are neatly arranged at the factory exit without any continuous adhesion damage.
