1. 2. Electrolytic electroforming substrate molding: Utilizing a constant current electrolysis process to extract pure nickel layers, controlling the height of the relief according to the pattern thickness parameters. The badge and the text are integrated into one piece, providing an integrated structure that is not prone to disintegration or detachment.

3. Bright surface electroplating and polishing treatment: Perform mirror electroplating on the metal font areas to enhance the reflective texture; the shield pattern areas are sealed with base color electroplating to provide a stable base for subsequent coloring.

4. Color resin sealing process: Fill the inside of the shield with a yellow-resistant epoxy resin, which cures at room temperature to form a solid structure. It isolates from air and ultraviolet rays, locking in colors and preventing fading or cracking for a long time.

5. Environmental-friendly back adhesive uniform bonding: Apply neutral acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive evenly on the back of the metal substrate. The thickness of the adhesive layer is uniform, and there will be no problem of overflow adhesive contaminating the front color patterns.

Coating lamination and dust-free precise die-cutting: Composite custom blue positioning transfer paper on the surface layer. Complete the entire piece of cutting and forming in a 10,000-grade cleanroom, eliminating edge burrs and dust impurities. Finally, seal and store in the warehouse.

Double-layer protection against wear: The double-layer structure of the resin layer on the front and the electroplating layer can prevent the pattern and font from being scratched even during daily car washing and by external impacts.
