Corrosion Resistance Salt Spray Test of Coating

After the nickel emblem is electroplated and undergoes a continuous 72-hour neutral salt spray test, there are no rust spots, peeling, delamination, or blackening on the coating. In humid storage, coastal environments with high salt spray, and kitchen and bathroom humid conditions, the emblem's appearance can remain intact for a long time.

High and Low Temperature Alternating Adhesion Durability Test

After the nickel emblem is adhered and cured, it undergoes a high and low temperature alternating test ranging from -35°C to 125°C. After repeated cold and hot cycles, the adhesive does not fail and the logo does not come off or detach. It can adapt to complex working conditions such as equipment heat generation and temperature difference transportation in ocean-going containers.

Surface Wear and Abrasion Resistance Test

Using a lint-free cloth and industrial alcohol, the surface layer of the logo is wiped repeatedly with no dust, color fading, or scratches. Daily cleaning and maintenance of the equipment will not damage the appearance of the brand emblem.

Peel Force and Residual Adhesive Test

After the adhesive is cured under standard conditions, the peel force value is stable and meets the standard. If the logo needs to be replaced later, there will be no stubborn residual adhesive on the shell surface after removal, and it will not cause corrosion or contamination to the original product coating.

Structural Bending Durability Test

The nickel base has undergone multiple small bending and rebound tests. The embossed coating of Meatl Nickel Emblem will not crack or fall off, and slight deformation during the material assembly process will not damage the complete structure of the emblem.

Our factory integrates the production chain of mold development, electroforming, mirror electroplating, relief stamping, back adhesive bonding, and precision die-cutting. Besides custom-made irregular nickel badges, we also undertake OEM processing for split aluminum signs, ABS electroplated nameplates, die-cast aluminum signboards, epoxy drop-gel labels, etc. The factory is located in the signboard industry cluster in Longgang, Wenzhou, with a 6,000㎡ standardized production area. It is equipped with 4 fully automatic electroplating lines and a complete set of wastewater closed-loop treatment facilities. The monthly output can reach 5 million pieces. The products are sold in large quantities to markets in multiple countries such as Europe, Russia, India, Japan, and South Korea.
