The entire production process flow

1. Numerical control precision engraving and mold making: Based on the vector drawings provided by the customer, the high-hardness steel mold is processed using a numerical control milling machine to ensure that all raised characters have the same depth and the edges of the strokes are regular without burrs when producing in large quantities.

2. Pre-treatment of sheet metal wire drawing: The surface of the aluminum base plate is uniformly and straightly wire-drawn to form a fine matte texture. It is not easy to leave fingerprints or stains when touched daily, and the surface of the board is not prone to aging over time.

3. Hydraulic integrated stamping relief: Through hydraulic equipment, the three-dimensional raised letters are formed by one-time stamping. The height of the raised letters is uniform and consistent, and there will be no problems such as depression, deformation, or cracking in the strokes.

4. Local mirror polishing of characters: Only the raised characters are polished with a mirror surface to brighten them. The base plate retains the original wire-drawn matte texture, and the effect of light and dark layering is natural and three-dimensional.

5. Edge and corner blunting and fine milling processing: The four sides of the rectangle are uniformly milled into a rounded structure, so that when installing and pasting, the shell paint surface and the hands of the operator will not be scratched.

6. Backside adhesive bonding and film protection: The back is adhered with a weather-resistant black foam double-sided adhesive, and a blue release film is attached on the surface to prevent dust and oil stains. During storage and transportation, the adhesive can protect the gel's stickiness intact.

7. Full inspection and sealed packaging of finished products: After sampling inspections of appearance, adhesion, and size are qualified, the products are sealed and packed according to specifications for shipment to avoid scratches, bumps, and damage during transportation.

Actual performance of self-adhesive application

Wide compatibility with substrates: Metal Logo Sticker can be firmly adhered to metal sheets, painted shells, ABS plastics, solid wood panels, painted panels, acrylic, and most other surface materials of products.

Excellent temperature tolerance performance: The adhesive can stably adapt to high and low temperature environments ranging from -30℃ to 90℃. Even in extremely cold outdoor conditions or on the surface layer of equipment with high temperature, there will be no problem of adhesive flowing or sign peeling off.

Actual measurement of bonding strength: After being adhered at room temperature and left to stand for 24 hours, the strongest bonding effect is achieved. Under normal use conditions, violent tearing will result in adhesive residue, and the bonding reliability meets the long-term use requirements for industrial applications.

Control of peeling residue: If you need to remove and replace the sign, use low-temperature hot air to slowly heat and peel off. The amount of adhesive residue is extremely low, and it will not cause large-scale corrosion or damage to the original paint surface of the product.

Waterproof and moisture-proof properties: The self-adhesive itself has the characteristics of water and moisture prevention. In damp storage rooms or in rainy working conditions, water vapor cannot penetrate the interface of the adhesive layer, and there is a lower risk of adhesive detachment or bulging.
