Product performance measurement standards

1. Durable test of electroplated layer

The electroplated metal layer was subjected to a continuous test of neutral salt spray for 48 hours. There was no peeling, rust spots, or blackening oxidation phenomenon on the coating. In daily indoor and semi-open equipment usage scenarios, the mirror electroplated layer can maintain its luster for more than 8 years. Even in environments with high moisture content such as kitchens and bathrooms, or refrigeration units, it is not easily corroded and discolored by water vapor.

2. Stability test of adhesive backing

The standard 3M original adhesive backing was subjected to high and low temperature cycling tests. It can withstand the temperature range of -30°C to 130°C and is suitable for compressors operating for a long time and storage in low-temperature conditions in winter. It has uniform adhesion strength to sprayed steel plates, plastic shells, metal cabinets, and stainless steel bodies. After 72 hours of normal temperature application, it reaches the strongest bonding strength. It does not crack or peel off during long-term use, and there is no residue of adhesive that corrodes the equipment surface when removed.

3. Structural physical strength test

The main body of the nameplate is made by a one-piece stamping process, with rounded corners and polished edges. The bending rebound test shows no cracking or coating detachment. Daily knocks, cleaning, and wiping will not cause font loss or paint surface wear. The embossed three-dimensional font structure is firm and suitable for production line assembly and long-term use by end customers.

4. Environmental and ecological detection

The electroplating process is equipped with an exclusive water circulation and environmental recycling device. The amount of heavy metal leaching from the electroplated layer of Metal Electroplating Label complies with the EU RoHS environmental standards. The finished product can smoothly complete customs clearance and inspection in overseas markets such as Europe, Japan, and South Korea, and there is no problem of unqualified environmental qualifications.

The factory is located in Longgang, Wenzhou, the birthplace of the domestic label manufacturing industry. It has been deeply engaged in the electroplating label industry for many years. Relying on the complete upstream and downstream industrial chain of mold processing, electroplating surface treatment, and precision stamping in the local area, it can quickly respond to customers' drawing samples and urgent mass production demands, with a delivery efficiency superior to that of ordinary off-site factories.

Standardized system and team configuration

In 2007, it officially passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, establishing a complete and standardized production control process; there are currently 30 full-time R&D personnel and 15 quality control teams, with over 200 production staff on the factory floor. The overall production and office area of the factory covers 6,000 square meters. From drawing analysis, mold design to mass production quality inspection, all processes are controlled by internal personnel, eliminating the quality fluctuations caused by outsourcing and subcontracting.

We have built 4 fully automatic professional electroplating production lines, and are also equipped with environmental protection closed-loop equipment such as wastewater treatment and reagent recovery. The monthly comprehensive production capacity of labels can reach 5 million pieces. Adequate production capacity can handle large-scale long-term OEM orders from overseas brands, and there will be no situation of delayed delivery for large orders.
