Installation and Usage Suggestions

Preparation for Installation Surface: Wipe the installation area with a clean soft cloth to remove dust, oil stains, and moisture. Ensure the surface is dry, flat, and free of impurities. Avoid affecting the stickiness of the labels.

Positioning and Trial Adhesion: First, gently peel off one corner of the self-adhesive backing paper of Thin Electroform Labels. Align it with the installation position and test the adhesion. After confirming the position is correct, gradually peel off the backing paper.

Pressing and Fixing: Place the label evenly on the surface and gently press it from the center to the edge with a clean soft cloth or card to expel internal air. Ensure the label is fully adhered to the surface and there are no curled edges or bubbles at the edges.

Static Setting and Curing: After installation, let it stand for a period of time to allow the self-adhesive to fully adhere. During this time, avoid touching, scratching the label, and do not immediately rinse or wipe the installation area with water. Ensure the stickiness is stable.
