Mingong's China Self-Adhesive Emblem is an integrated complete component of the entire artistic English text. All the letters are interconnected through the middle ribs, and there is no need to separate individual characters. The mold strictly replicates the retro cursive font, with smooth and continuous stroke corners. The openings and round holes have been precisely milled and polished, and the edges are neat and sharp, without any injection defects such as burrs, edges, or broken lines.

The surface adopts a vacuum multi-layer electroplating process, with a dense and uniform coating. The mirror surface reflects clean and bright. The gold-plated version has a rich color, and there will be no local darkening, color difference, or incomplete plating defects. The bottom of the sign is equipped with black EVA foam base, and the entire sheet is adhered with a formed double-sided adhesive on the back. The adhesive layer is completely cut along the contour of the entire set of characters. When pasting, only align the baseline, press it in one time, and then remove the surface protective film. The entire row of characters can remain straight and uniform, without any layout problems such as uneven heights.

Pasting and Usage Notes

The base surface for pasting the Self Adhesive Emblem must be cleaned thoroughly. Remove all dust, oil stains, and car wax completely to ensure the surface is dry and free of dust. Otherwise, the adhesion of the backing tape will be significantly reduced.

Before construction in a low-temperature environment, it is recommended to slightly preheat the adhesive layer and the signboard with a hot air gun to prevent the foam adhesive from hardening and to prevent the edges from peeling off prematurely.

After the sign is pasted in place, it needs to be pressed continuously for 3 to 5 minutes to ensure that the adhesive layer is fully adhered to the base material. Do not use a high-pressure water gun to directly spray the signboard within 24 hours after the pasting is completed.

When removing the sign, it must be peeled off slowly and evenly. Do not use violent force to pry it off. Avoid breaking the plastic characters and reduce the residual glue on the paint surface.

When using outdoors for a long time, try to avoid prolonged immersion in water. For coastal environments with high salt spray, it is recommended to choose the thickened electroplated model to delay the oxidation of the coating.

Do not sand the electroplated surface by yourself. Once the coating is damaged, it will quickly turn black and rust.

Q: Will the continuous body letters deform when pasted?

A: The integrated injection structure has sufficient rigidity, so the font won't stretch or deform. When combined with the base tray, the pasting flatness will be even better.

Q: Will the gold-plated version fade and darken under long-term sunlight exposure?

A: The multi-layer coating process has passed salt spray aging tests, and it can maintain the metallic luster for a long time under normal outdoor use.
