The Chroming ABS Emblem supplied by Minghong Factory has a regular overall shape. The back is equipped with a complete set of waterproof foam self-adhesive tape. Once the isolation paper is torn off, it can be directly pasted without the need for punching holes. The characters and the width and length of the border can be customized as per requirements. It is widely used for brand identification on freight trailers, construction machinery, pickup truck bodies, and computer cases and equipment. Complete manufacturing process

1. Mold precision engraving and opening

Convert the customer's LOGO into a vector file, use a CNC precision engraving machine to engrave the steel mold, optimize the round corners and the depth of the grooves, ensure that the character depression is of consistent depth, and achieve one-time mold opening and forming, avoiding repeated mold repair.

2. ABS integrated injection molding

Use a high-pressure injection molding machine to mold once, ensuring that the outer frame, base plate, and character grooves are integrated as a whole, with the blank flat and without injection molding defects such as shrinkage or material shortage.

3. Multi-layer electroplating and polishing

Perform degreasing and activation treatment on the blank, then electroplate copper, nickel, and chromium successively. The multi-layer metal coating is closely combined. Finally, polish to form a high-reflective mirror effect.

4. Masked color separation and filling paint

Apply protective film for partitioning, fill the matte black background into the inwardly recessed grooves, and after curing, fill in the white character paint. Perform constant temperature drying to ensure that the paint firmly locks in the grooves.

5. Cutting and pasting double-sided adhesive

Cut waterproof foam rubber according to the shape of the signboard, adhere to the base plate and press firmly. Finally, attach the isolation paper and transparent protective film to prevent the electroplated surface from being scratched during transportation.

6. Manual final inspection and packaging

Inspect the coating, paint, and edges of Chroming ABS Emblem item by item. Qualified products are separately packaged, placed in hard plastic card slots, and completed for packaging and shipment.
