Minghong is a certified supplier of premium 3D ABS badges, electroplated chrome car emblems, and home appliance decorative letters. Utilizing electroplating-grade virgin ABS polymer and multi-cavity precision injection molds, we create lightweight, three-dimensional badges with striking visual depth and metallic luster, without the weight and cost of cast metal.
Our automated multi-layer electroplating line applies copper, semi-bright nickel, bright nickel, and microporous chromium layers. This ensures our ABS emblems achieve true automotive OEM grade exterior durability, resisting extreme thermal expansion, stone chips, automated car washes, and harsh sunlight.
Specifications & Customization
- Substrates & Tooling: High-impact electroplating-grade ABS; custom steel injection mold tooling.
- Electroplated Finishes: Bright Mirror Chrome, Satin Matte Chrome, Deep Piano Black Chrome and Multi-Color Spray Painting.
- Mounting: Pre-applied with custom die-cut 3M automotive acrylic foam tape (VHB / 4229P) or molded rear locating pins.
- Durability Rating: Passed thermal shock tests (-40°C to +85°C), 480h CASS copper-accelerated salt spray test, and xenon arc weathering.
