3D Raised Sticker

The China 3D Raised stickers produced by Minghong manufacturer are made with a transparent epoxy resin crystal glue applied to the surface as a whole. The glue layer is smooth and full, completely covering the printed layer and preventing moisture and ultraviolet rays. On the back, there is a thick waterproof foam double-sided adhesive. Simply peel off the release paper and stick it on. No holes need to be drilled for fixation.

Customers can customize any LOGO, graphics and background color. The square size can be freely adjusted. The chrome frame can also be changed to matte black or matte silver styles. They are widely used in car grille labels, yacht decorative labels, vehicle interior parts, outdoor equipment shells, and leather hardware accessories.

Product Usage Instructions

First, thoroughly wipe the adhesive base surface clean, removing oil stains, dust, and car wax. Ensure the surface is completely dry.

Remove the white paper protective layer on the back, align the position for attachment, and position it at the correct angle. Press it in place smoothly at one time.

Continue to press evenly for 1 to 2 minutes to ensure the adhesive and the base material are closely adhered. After 24 hours, perform high-pressure water washing.

When attaching the curved shell, do not forcibly bend the label. Use the foam adhesive to buffer the curvature to avoid cracking of the surface glue.

If you need to remove it, slowly and uniformly lift the corners. Do not forcefully pry or break it. To prevent the ABS shell from cracking.

Daily maintenance methods

For daily cleaning, simply use clean water and a soft cloth to wipe the 3D Raised sticker. Do not use strong acid or alkali cleaners or asphalt removers to prevent corrosion of the surface glue layer.

Do not vigorously scrape the surface of the crystal glue with hard objects to avoid leaving scratches and damaging the protective layer.

When placed outdoors for a long time, regularly clean the surface of mud and sand. Repeated friction with sand and dust will gradually wear off the glue surface layer.

In coastal salt spray environments, rinse the chrome coating of the frame once every half a month with clean water to delay the oxidation and darkening of the metal edges.

If the edge glue detaches, promptly re-press and adhere it to prevent rainwater from seeping in through the gaps and causing the internal printed patterns to fade.

Actual performance test

Ultraviolet aging resistance test: The 3D Raised sticker was placed in the UV aging test chamber and exposed to continuous irradiation for several hundred hours. The surface glue did not turn yellow or foggy, and the internal printed pattern remained clear without any fading or smudging.

High and low temperature cycling test: The ABS shell was repeatedly switched between cold and hot conditions within the range of -20°C to 70°C. The shell did not deform or crack, and the crystal glue remained intact. There was no bulging or delamination.

Waterproof sealing test: The entire sign was immersed in clean water for a long time. The water could not penetrate the internal layers, and the text and graphics would not be dampened or blurred. The sealing protection effect met the standards.

Back adhesive strength measurement: When attached to the painted steel plate and subjected to continuous jolting and vibration tests, and then continuously rinsed with high-pressure water at the corners, the sign remained firmly attached without peeling off.

Salt spray corrosion test: Simulating the humid and salty air spray from the seaside, the chrome frame did not have any oxidation spots after being placed for a long time, and the electroplated layer had stable adhesion.

Surface wear resistance test: Repeatedly wiping the surface of the glue, the glue surface was not prone to scratches, and it could maintain a bright and smooth appearance for a long time.
