The 3D Aluminium Labels provided by Minghong Factory for you have characters and patterns that are uniformly raised upwards. The side walls are vertical and neat. The edges have been deburred and chamfered, giving a smooth feel without causing any scratches. The back is die-cut according to the contour and features strong double-sided adhesive. By tearing off the isolation paper, you can easily stick it without the need for punching holes. The actual measured total length of the finished product is approximately 95mm, and the thickness of the characters is uniform and stable.

The aluminum alloy substrate has greater rigidity and does not deform in the long term outdoors.

The hardness of pure aluminum is much higher than that of ABS plastic and ultra-thin electroformed nickel sheets. Even under intense sunlight, it will not become soft or warp. During long-distance transportation and compression, it will not bend or deform. The signboard can remain straight for a long time and is suitable for engineering vehicles and off-road models to be used in the open air all year round.

The concentric circle sandblasted texture is integrated etching, and the pattern will not be worn flat.

The texture is directly engraved inside the metal substrate, not a later printed coating. Even if the surface is long-term friction, the internal sandblasted texture remains intact, and there will be no problem of the ordinary printed label pattern gradually becoming white and disappearing.

Multiple colors with independent recesses, more stable color separation

Each color has an independent closed recess, and different colors are separated from each other. The metal coating is resistant to salt spray, and it is not prone to oxidation and blackening in coastal environments.

The anodizing and sealing coating provide dual protection. In a humid and salt spray environment, the aluminum substrate is less likely to develop black spots or rust, and the service life is much longer than the zinc alloy labels without the sealing treatment.

The irregular connected contour is formed in one step, and the consistency of the mold shape is higher.

In addition to concentric circle sandblasting, it can also be done with straight-line sandblasting, sandblasting matte finish, anodized chrome plating; groove painting supports more than ten color schemes for mixing, and dual-color and three-color separation can also be achieved.

Back adhesive can be selected as needed
