3D Metal Nickel Sticker

Actual performance test

Ultraviolet aging resistance test

Place the 3D Metal Nickel Sticker in the ultraviolet aging test chamber and expose it to continuous irradiation for several hundred hours. The metal coating does not oxidize or turn black, the middle laser grid still maintains colorful reflection, the black fill paint does not turn white or crack, and the color stability meets the standard.

High and low temperature cycling actual measurement

Switch between -25℃ low temperature and 75℃ high temperature repeatedly in a cycle. The nickel sheet does not become hard or crack, the interlayer does not have bubble separation, the foam backing still maintains adhesion, and it does not peel off under alternating cold and hot conditions.

Waterproof sealing immersion test

The entire sign is immersed in clean water for a long time. The interlayer is completely sealed, and no moisture can penetrate. The laser base film does not get damp or foggy, and the inner and outer layers do not separate or fall off.

Curved surface pasting durability test

Attach the sign to the curved hub surface. After thousands of kilometers of bumpy road tests and continuous edge rinsing with high-pressure water, the sign firmly adheres to the curved surface, and no overall detachment occurs.

Surface wear and scratch resistance test

Rub the surface of the sign with fine sandpaper repeatedly. The outer chrome ring has no obvious scratches, the internal groove characters are intact, the iridescent base film will not be worn away, and the outdoor long-term use has reliable wear resistance.

Salt spray anti-corrosion test

Simulate the coastal salt spray environment and spray continuously. The nickel metal coating has no rust spots or black spots for a long time, the electroplated layer has stable adhesion, and it is suitable for long-term outdoor use of vehicles and outdoor equipment in the seaside area.
