When Minghong Factory produces 3D Embossed Labels, a genuine 3M thin double-sided adhesive is pre-installed on the back. The labels are neatly adhered without lifting, and the overall design is small and exquisite. The diameter of the circular shape can be freely adjusted. Both the double-layer graphics can be independently modified. It is suitable for brand LOGO customization of small car decorations, digital accessories, outdoor fishing gear, cultural and creative gift boxes, and motorcycle small items. Dual-layer independent free re-design

The background color of the base, the outer diameter of the circle, and the hexagonal logo on the upper layer can be modified separately. The graphic designer will handle the vector lines free of charge and optimize the recessed characters. This process is completed in one step, avoiding the need for multiple re-designs and thus eliminating additional costs.

Flexible Sample Production and Assembly Mechanism

For small orders of over ten items of cultural and creative products, molds can be quickly made and sampled. After confirming the gold plating color and the double-layer alignment effect, large-scale production can be carried out. For large-scale export orders, the delivery date can be locked, and production will be prioritized during peak seasons.

Free Combination of Multiple Processes

The upper metal sheet of the 3D Embossed Label can be electroplated with various effects such as gold, chrome, and matte nickel. The base layer of the bottom seat supports multiple processes such as black spraying, sandblasting, and glue dripping. The color scheme can be freely combined as per requirements.

Strict Factory Layer-by-Layer Quality Inspection

Separate checks are conducted on the color flaws of the black base plate and the dirt spots on the metal label coating. Then, double-layer combination testing is carried out to ensure that each set of labels is centered and aligned, eliminating misalignment and warping issues. The quality of the entire batch of products is uniform and stable.

Independent and Protective Packaging for Separate Delivery

The metal label and the base seat are separately packaged to prevent the gold coating from being scratched by the base plate. Even during cross-border long-distance transportation, the products can be delivered intact. This minimizes damage and warranty issues to the greatest extent.
