The 3D Electroform Logo Label manufactured by Minghong's suppliers is extremely thin in overall thickness. The nickel material inherently has slight flexibility, allowing for slight bending to fit the curved shell. A whole sheet of red VHB strong double-sided adhesive is pre-stuck on the back. The adhesive layer is precisely cut according to the square outline, and it can be directly adhered by tearing off the release paper without the need for punching holes.

The length, width, thickness of the frame, and character style can all be freely modified according to the customer's LOGO file. It can be made into a vehicle body decoration label, or used as a brand nameplate for mechanical cases, household appliances, or leather products. Small batch samples and large-scale export orders can be scheduled stably.

Complete manufacturing process

Film plate making

Convert the customer's vector LOGO into high-precision photosensitive film, completely separate the outer frame, letters and patterns, ensuring continuous lines without any breaks, laying a solid foundation for subsequent electroforming.

Metal electroforming

Carry out pure nickel electroforming deposition on the conductive master plate, layer by layer to form three-dimensional characters, control the overall thickness to be uniform and consistent, and ensure that the finished characters are full, with vertical and neat side walls.

Demolding and trimming processing

Separate the formed nickel label from the master plate, manually finely cut the outer contour, clean up the edge burrs, ensure that the four sides of the frame are straight and round, without any gaps or deformations.

Surface dual-color treatment

The base plate undergoes matte sandblasting and black sealing treatment, the raised characters undergo multi-layer electroplating polishing, forming a bright silver chrome effect, strictly separating the bright and matte areas to avoid color crossover of the coating.

Die-cut and attach adhesive

According to the shape of the signboard, die-cut high-temperature-resistant double-sided adhesive, fully adhere the adhesive layer to the back of the signboard, compact without air bubbles, and finally attach a separation paper to prevent the adhesive surface from being contaminated by dust.

Final inspection and independent packaging

Inspect the coating, base color, and frame flatness one by one, eliminate dirt spots, and reject products with missed coating, qualified products are single-sheet laminated and packaged to avoid scratches on the chrome surface during transportation.
