To strengthen our operational foundation and support long-term growth, the company officially launched a comprehensive workshop equipment upgrade and lean transformation initiative. By introducing Lean Manufacturing principles, we aim to systematically resolve long-standing challenges, including disorganized shop-floor management, inefficient and complex workflows, production bottlenecks, and excessive manufacturing costs.

This initiative is designed to standardize operations, optimize process flow, improve space utilization, and enhance overall production efficiency—laying a solid foundation for sustainable development.

End of November – Initial adjustments completed in the Packaging Workshop

End of December – Initial adjustments completed in the Injection Molding Workshop

Late January – 80% of initial warehouse adjustments completed

Early February – Initial adjustments underway in remaining workshops (overall master plan progress: 10%)
