Why we bake the label first?

How do I ensure the precision of metal signage?

We use CCD visual positioning automatic punching machine, which has a positive or negative value of 0.1 millimeter for each hole, so that we can produce signs with more accurate dimensions to enhance the brand value for our customers.

What is the painting process for metal signs like?

First it needs to go through Electrostatic precipitator , then heated by the tunnel furnace and sent to the paint spraying room, finally sprayed on the water curtain reciprocating machine with the modulated color. The final spray paint color can basically reach the plating effect.
