Production process

The production process of labels is all standardized operations, the first step is to make molds according to the design requirements to ensure the accuracy of the three-dimensional patterns. After the mold is completed, base material treatment is carried out, appropriate base materials are selected and the surface is well cleaned to avoid defects in the future.

In the 3D forming process, the base material is pressed into shape according to the mold shape by dedicated equipment, this step strictly controls pressure and temperature to ensure that the three-dimensional effect of each label is consistent.

After forming, it enters the electroplating process, evenly covering the surface of the label with a metal coating to enhance its luster and durability.

After electroplating is completed, post-processing is carried out, including trimming, cleaning, removing excess corners and surface impurities.
