Wenzhou Minghong Electroplating Technology Co.,Ltd. partnered with Value Stream Enterprise Management to launch a lean production transformation, anchored by the four core tenets of customer focus, value orientation, employee centricity and long-term commitment. Over a 100-day initiative, we delivered on-site optimization across all workshops. From full 5S implementation to overall layout restructuring, we resolved chronic pain points including poor workplace organization and convoluted processes in packaging, injection molding, warehousing and other key areas. We established clear material flow lines and achieved simultaneous improvements in space utilization and operational efficiency.

By deep-diving into core product demand drivers, we prioritized process optimization for strategic lines such as nickel labels, addressing critical issues like process bottlenecks and excessive material handling distances. Looking ahead, we will leverage the two pillars of TPS to advance process streamlining, standardized work and other key initiatives, build lean model production lines, and transform our shop floor into a second marketing department. We are committed to fortifying our development foundation with lean practices and driving the enterprise towards higher efficiency and quality growth.
